Conference Room, Brewster Ladies' Library

Due to a major construction project to replace the Library's elevator, the Conference Room and the Meeting Room will not be available from mid-April 2024 to July 15, 2024
The Conference Room is the smaller of the two Lower Level rooms available for meetings. It fits 6 people maximum. Both the tables and chairs are on wheels and can easily be re-arranged by those having the meeting. It's easily accessible on ground level with the parking lot (no stairs). Free Wifi available.
The room is locked when not in use. All patrons must first go to the library Circulation Desk to check out a key card, to enter the room. The key card needs to also be returned to the Circulation Desk at the end of each meeting.
Available in this room: 2 tables, 6 chairs, and laptops are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. Free Wifi available.
Historic Room, Brewster Ladies' Library

Booking Period: Between 30 minutes and 4 hours
This historic room of the library is the original part of the library, and is home to windows facing 6A. The room gets much more sunlight then the other meeting spaces. The doors shut, allowing for a more private meeting space. Unlike the other meeting rooms, no food or drink is allowed in this space. All bookings in this room must be approved first by library staff.
Available in this room: 6 chairs, one table, laptops available for checkout at the circulation desk during open hours. Free Wifi available.
Meeting Room, Brewster Ladies' Library

The Meeting Room is the larger of the two Lower Level rooms available for meetings. It fits 15 people maximum. Both the tables and chairs are on wheels and can easily be re-arranged by those having the meeting. The room has an Apple TV. To use the device, patrons need to checkout the remotes and TV box at the Circulation Desk during open hours. The room is easily accessible on ground level with the parking lot.
