The mission of the Cape Cod Foster Closet, a program of Nurturing Foster Families, Inc., is to provide basic necessities, helping hands and emotional support to foster, adoptive, and relative caregiver families on the Cape and Islands. The Closet, which is located in Orleans, carries clothing, sneakers, diapers, baby gear and much more. We also hold giveaway events throughout the year as well as fun events for families and coffee hours for caregivers. Foster, adoptive and caregiver families can come and “shop” (everything is free) or they can contact us and we will put together the requested items and arrange for delivery if needed.
