Noted meteorologist Chris Gloninger, will share his insights on climate change and its causes.

Mr. Gloninger will also tell his own story: his career in Boston, his move to Iowa, where he received death threats follpwing his discussion of climate change, and his return to join the Woods Hole Group.
Chris Gloninger first became interested in weather when Hurricane Bob hit his hometown of Sag Harbor, N.Y. He went on to study weather both through internships and via academic studies, receiving a B.S from Plymouth State.
He has traveled all over the country to cover every kind of weather, including hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, and northeasters. He has won two Emmy awards and two NBC Gem awards.
