Join Brielle to watch her make a loaf of challah bread in real-time. Learn the dos and don’ts of making a loaf on your own, then try a sample to decide if you want challah bread in your holiday recipe repertoire.

Brielle Whalen is a sophomore at Hamilton College majoring in classics and minoring in cinema and media studies. She has been baking almost all her life and even worked at a local bakery professionally for three years. She has a website bakingwithbrie.com and a YouTube channel with video tutorials of her favorite bakes, aiming to teach about all aspects of food: the historical, scientific, and aesthetic.
